Priority Personnel is hiring a Temporary Mechanic to start ASAP.  Assignment is expected to last about a month but could be longer.

Pay rate: $25.00-30.00/hour

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/9am-5pm with possible overtime if needed

Job Duties:

Repair and maintain the vehicle fleet for the organization.  Responsible for inspecting vehicle engines, mechanical components, and electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues.  Responsible for developing and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance schedule/process and conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, etc) aiming to ensure vehicle longevity and functionality. If repairs are unable to be done in-house this employee is responsible for scheduling and coordinating further repairs and maintenance needed with local automobile repair shops. Keep accurate logs of work and vehicle issues in the Fleet Management software. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition. 

Requirements:

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer components of vehicles  Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods  Ability to use computer software for tasks  Ability to process information and complete tasks in a timely manner
