Denman Linen Services is a high-performing production-based facility with over 150 employees processing a wide range of high quality linen products. Denman Linen supports over 30 hospitals/clinics across three different states.
This position is responsible for performing skilled installation, alteration, maintenance and repair on systems in specific trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, boilers or hydraulics). The position will perform calibration and preventive maintenance on basic and complex mechanical and electronic equipment. The position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of laundry facilities and equipment. The position will also assume independent responsibility for the overall preventive maintenance of assigned laundry equipment. This position will work close to hot laundry equipment and in tight crawl spaces, around steam pipes and electrical lines. Knowledge of OSHA safety practices is crucial.

Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
Work requires proficiency in at least two separate trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and/or HVAC) normally acquired through at least 2 years of general maintenance experience. Valid Driver's LicensePREFERRED:
High School diploma or equivalency Associates degree in electronics or five (5) years of repair and maintenance of electronic systems and componentsPay Status:
