**Job Title:** Mechanic **Job Type:** Full-Time **Schedule:** Monday through Friday **Salary:** $24-$30 per hour (D.O.E.) **Job Description:** Adecco is currently helping a local client in Riverton, WY looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, as well as a passion for maintaining our fleet in optimal working condition. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify and troubleshoot issues in diesel engines and related systems, including fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. + **Component Replacement:** Replace or repair defective parts, ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations. + **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance work, and parts used to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with other mechanics and shop personnel to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks. + **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service and communication with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and repair techniques. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. + Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Valid driver’s license. **Benefits:** + Competitive hourly wage based on experience + Paid vacation and holidays + Health insurance + Opportunities for professional development and training **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
