Job Title: Mechanic/Builder
We are looking to add a mechanic/builder to out team to assist in the manufacturing of trucks and complex truck systems. The job duties include installtion, assembly, testing, and troubelshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on trucks.
Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly of pump truck, reach trucks, boom trucks, etc.Utilize blueprints and schematics.Mechanical/electrical installaiton.Troubleshooting and rework.hydraulics and hydraulic systems.Installation and testing.Essential Skills
Experience in mechanical assembly or mechanical buildingKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsProficiency with hand and power toolsElectrical troubleshooting/installationBlueprints/schematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on a tape measureAbility to convert feet to inches and vice versaTool identificationExhibits good communication skills when working with fellow employeesAttention to detail and quality standardsUpholds company core valuesAbility to tolerate physical demands of the positionAbility to complete tasks according to planned scheduleWillingness to help out where neededMaintains a clean and organized work areaWhy Work Here?
