POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment.  Assists in the installation of facilities equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Minimum: High School education or equivalent Preferred: Additional training in engineering technologies.
LICENSE: Minimum: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: Two years in building operations and maintenance. Preferred: Boiler operation certification or experience.
SKILLS: Minimum: Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations. Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested. Pay Range: $23.48-$25.81
