+ POSITION SUMMARY: + Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment. + QUALIFICATIONS: + EDUCATION: + Minimum: + High School education or equivalent + Preferred: + Additional training in engineering technologies. + LICENSE: + Minimum: + Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy + PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: + WORK EXPERIENCE: + Minimum: + Two years in building operations and maintenance. + Preferred: + Boiler operation certification or experience. + SKILLS: + Minimum: + Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations. + Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
