Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd is accepting online applications for the position of **Mechanic Lead Tech** located in **GOT Benchamas Offshore Field** through **December 15, 2025 (11:59 PM Thailand Time).**
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Direct and control subordinates in all activities related to the installation, maintenance and repair of all life-saving equipment (lifeboats, fire pumps/fire stations), life-sustaining equipment (water-makers, generators and pumps), and major production and support facilities (gas generators/turbines, compressors, vessels, pumps, cranes, and associated equipment) on all platforms necessary for the safe and efficient operation of production facilities.
+ Lead to plan work scheduling, manage & control stock inventory, correct work permit procedures, job allocation & priorities, WO management, collaborative with engineer on day to day operation and SD/TPSD plan.
+ Lead complex troubleshooting activities when necessary and take actions.
+ Support Maintenance Superintendent in managing team of Technicians to achieve company goals by using most efficient and cost-effective work procedures/tools such as PI, etc. while enforcing all safety rules, process safety assurance, practices and policies.
**Job Qualifications**
+ Diploma Technical Degree in Mechanical or relevant field, or relevant bachelor's degree in engineering.
+ 8+ years' offshore Oil and Gas maintenance working experience , of which at least 5 years with superior performance in offshore machinery and equipment at leader level with a focus on hands on maintenance and reliability improvement work.
+ Ability to develop the responsible organization capability and build relationships within the offshore and onshore working group to enable the organization to function and fulfill its mandate.
+ Provide technical review and oversight of the maintenance workmanship and quality assurance of the maintenance task force. Fluent in spare part review, stock inventory review, Work Order management and maintenance cost analysis.
+ Has strong background in Maintenance Processes, RCA, and SERIP.
+ Fully understands the relationship structure within client's organization and effectively optimizes team with day-to-day decisions.
