**Position Summary** + Working flexible shift hours. + Support NCE/TPM in the factory, to include participation in NCE meeting (SHO, DOR, WOR etc.) and MWG participation. + Gains knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant. + Performs final assemblies on all equipment and pre-flight. + Maintains equipment by the use of PM systems. + Maintains accurate, precise records where required. This to include equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc. + Anticipates problems and takes corrective action prior to equipment failure. + Performs basic mechanic adjustments. + Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Qualifications** + 3 years of prior Industrial mechanical experience required. + Basic computer experience required. + TPM experience preferred. + Leadership experience preferred. + Good mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems. + Must be willing to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays. + Show basic knowledge of lubrication, fasteners and correct use of tools. + Show ability to operate and assemble equipment, make adjustments and minor repairs. + Lifting requirements exterting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
