Compensation: $67/hourLocation: Carlsbad, NMAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance , 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Oversee Daily Operation and Maintenance of compressors and all equipment associated with compressorFunction as the primary point of contact between compressor rental/service companies and the production foreman/maintenance foremanDetermine the cause of mechanical failures to identify ways to prevent future failuresCoordinate with operations staff for compressor adjustments for gas lift system and PM schedules Qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills through formal management experienceMinimum of 7 years of related experienceMaintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the companyStrong communication skillsAble to troubleshoot equipment failures Experience with Cat 3600, Ariel, H Pumps, and Centrifugal PumpsHigh School Diploma required
