**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The role involves the assembly of mechanical components, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including mobile water tanks, trailers, dump bodies, stationary structures, and piece work. You will be using hand tools for assembly and following blueprints to complete your work efficiently and accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical components, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Work with mobile water tanks, trailers, dump bodies, stationary structures, and piece work.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Follow blueprints to complete assembly work.
+ Ensure quality and precision in assembly tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience working in a production environment.
+ Capability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
+ Basic knowledge of learning ability and numeral ability.
+ Ability to follow repetitive work and verbal instructions.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes both outdoor and indoor shop settings. You should be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions, including sun, clouds, heat, and cold. The role involves the assembly of water and fuel tanks, coal haulers, bottom-dump trailers, and equipment transports for use in construction and mining applications globally. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
