PDS Tech is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a custom build shop or automotive mechanics. You'll be responsible for assembling highly engineered, custom-built mobile material handling machinery for rail-related markets, using mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic techniques, welding, and electrical wiring.

Shift: 6:00am- 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Kansas City, MO

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts following blueprints, BOMs, and instructions.

Connect hydraulic/pneumatic hoses as per piping diagrams.

Perform wiring, testing, and calibration of machinery.

Use hand tools, jib cranes, and power tools for precise assembly.

Maintain productivity and high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of mechanical assembly or auto mechanic experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and 3D schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
