In this role, you will perform all aspects of mechanical and electrical assembly, contributing to the creation of high-quality devices! **Job Description** As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical devices, including sealers and heat tunnels. Your tasks will include pulling stock from the warehouse, building devices, testing performance, and troubleshooting any errors. You will also assist in various areas of the shop as needed. **Responsibilities** + **Assembly** : Assemble mechanical and electrical devices, including sealers and heat tunnels. + **Documentation** : Read and interpret process documentation, drawings, prints, diagrams, and schematics. + **Inventory Management** : Pull parts from inventory to assemble devices and maintain accurate inventories. + **Paperwork** : Complete work orders, forms, and checklists as necessary. + **Testing and Troubleshooting** : Inspect and test assembled products for defects and troubleshoot errors. + **Procedure Updates** : Recommend updates to assembly procedures and documentation as needed. + **Shop Assistance** : Help with sawing, punch press, machining, deburring, and metal finishing when required. + **Training** : Train co-workers as needed to ensure smooth operations. + **Safety and Cleanliness** : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + **Assembly Experience** : 6 months of experience following assembly instructions. + **Tool Proficiency** : Knowledge of hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, socket sets, and wrenches. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that truly values its employees!
