**The Role at a Glance**
As a Mechanical Assembler , you will be at the forefront of precision manufacturing, assembling high-pressure oxygen cylinders in a fast-paced production environment. Your work ensures the highest standards of quality and safety, directly supporting the aerospace industry's mission-critical systems. This role follows a **4x10 schedule (Monday-Thursday)** with occasional required overtime, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
**What You’ll Do**
+ **Precision Assembly:** Use tools like torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and Allen wrenches to assemble components with precision.
+ **Measurement & Inspection:** Verify product specifications using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
+ **Blueprint Interpretation:** Follow detailed blueprints and operation sheets to execute standard work instructions.
+ **Equipment Calibration:** Adjust equipment and machinery based on test results and technical understanding.
+ **Testing & Documentation:** Test oxygen purity and moisture content, recording gauge readings and results.
+ **Maintain Cleanroom Standards:** Comply with PPE and cleanroom requirements to prevent contamination.
+ **Promote Safety:** Uphold rigorous safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
+ **Physical Activity:** Perform standing or walking tasks for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
**Qualifications We’re Looking For**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or GED with a minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience (or **4 years** of experience without a diploma/GED).
_This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._
**Preferred:**
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly.
+ Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
