We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly and Testing Technician to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for assembly and testing, we encourage you to apply! **Job Description:** In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing a variety of products, including small products, light subassemblies, and complete units. Your primary duties will include: + Assembly and Calibration: Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and equipment. Perform preset calibration and final testing of products. + Maintenance: Clean parts and maintain tools and equipment according to work instructions. + Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including Quality Assurance and Test Records (QAATR). + Testing: Conduct low to moderately complex flow and pressure testing of assembly components. Mount units on test stands and perform tests to meet product requirements. + Teamwork: Promote teamwork within the organization and comply with all area housekeeping efforts. **Essential Functions:** + Sort parts for repair units for re-use with defined checking gauges. + Perform final assembly of units after testing and record applicable data. + Disassemble and handle returned units with supervision. + Perform assembly audits (after certification). **Skills and Qualifications:** + Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly. + Proficiency in automated testing. + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints is a plus. + Good manual dexterity for handling small parts. **Additional Information:** + Must be knowledgeable and compliant with all area housekeeping efforts. + Ability to work with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.63/hr.
