**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** This position primarily supports Truck and Automotive upfit projects. We are looking for skilled assemblers or mechanic-level candidates to join our team. **Responsibilities** + Perform rework and upfitting on CNH products and work trucks, including adding accessories and equipment such as cranes and lights. + Use hand and power tools to remove, repair, and assemble parts. + Perform complete rework on equipment. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations. + Inspect the quality of assembled parts and components. + Kit products and prepare components for installation. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. + Experience in automotive or agriculture mechanical assembly. + Understanding of manufacturing schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with farm equipment. + Knowledge of overhead cranes and gearboxes. + Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience. + Minimum of 2 years of power tool/hand tool experience. **Why Work Here?** Join us in a brand new facility with free Starbucks coffee and a great breakroom. The warehouse occupies half of the building with everything stored on shelves in boxes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
