**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Assembler for our 3rd Shift (Nights) position. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of semi-finished products to complete machine assemblies of conveyor systems. This position is located in Canton, OH, with competitive hourly wages ranging from $21.79 to $23.08. **Responsibilities** + Assemble mechanical components of conveyor systems. + Add various components such as nuts, bolts, couplings, and conveyors to fabricated structures. + Utilize hand, measurement, and power tools to complete work. + Follow work instructions and read blueprints. + Log notes at the end of the day in the computer for the following shift. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand, measurement, and power tools. + Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints. + Mechanical aptitude and experience. + Experience in assembly, machine building, construction, or automotive mechanics. + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience with mechanical assembly, automotive body repair, and conveyor maintenance. + Good measurement skills and attention to detail. + 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or automotive mechanics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Electrical skills (nice to have). + Computer skills (nice to have). + Familiarity with the metric measurement system (nice to have). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a very clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. Shifts offered include Days (1st Shift: M-TH 5am-3:30pm), Afternoons (2nd Shift: M-TH 1:30pm-11:30pm), Nights (3rd Shift: M-TH 6:30pm-5am), and Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm, work 36 hours, paid for 40). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.79 - $23.08/hr.
