Essential Functions of the Position:

Install components as required by each workstation such as harnesses, lights, cameras, etc Ability to troubleshoot any electrical issues that may be incurred during the assembly process Cross train in workstations as required. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Fill out any required documentation to support each process. Lifting and climbing as required to perform tasks. Have basic tools to perform assembly tasks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Common knowledge and use of basic hand tools. Strong electrical skills for 12V systems Strong assembly skills Work in a team environment Must be able to read prints, instructions Above average mechanical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on attitude and ability The ability to meet assembly deadlines Able to wear personal protective equipment Able to work overtime and/or including weekends as production schedules dictate

Education:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum Two (2) years of upfitting/vehicle assembly experience or related experience Additional experience with some welding is preferred

Communicate respectfully with supervisors and fellow employees Read and comprehend blueprints and tape measure Requires various visual processing (i.e. near, far, depth, color) Must be able to push and/or pull up to 40lbs Standing frequently, walking, crouching, kneeling, fine manipulation with hands
