They are hiring someone who is specialized in automation engineering supporting manufacturing processes and systems. This is someone that has experience in a role like this in the past for a pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry. You should feel comfortable with PLCs and programming distributed control systems, as well as troubleshooting and supporting any network communication and electrical components.
