In the role of Mechanical/Civil EIT/Designer we'll count on you to:Conduct analyses to develop power-related design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project deliverables (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications)Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers / professionals on larger projectsWork with assistance from Project Engineers, other Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsEngineer in Training (EIT) certificateCandidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progressionBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering;MSCE or MSME preferredRecent graduates will be consideredExperienced in pipeline design is a plusProficiency in MS Office and AutoCADCommercial/institutional experience in healthcare a plusPreference given to local candidatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringComputer skills in Microsoft OfficeAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
