In the role of Mechanical Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Conduct analyses to develop design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specificationsPerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variablesWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projectsGive direction to clerical and technical personnel as neededPerform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Recent graduates will be consideredEIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progressionExperience or ability to become proficient in using Revit.2 years experience in HVAC or Plumbing related design fields.Commercial/institutional experience in healthcare a plusProficiency with Microsoft OfficeInterest or experience designing HVAC systemsBachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with mechanical emphasisRequired Qualifications
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Trane TRACE or similar software, and equipment selection software) An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
