Purpose of Role: This role is supporting all manufacturing design activity in Weir Minerals Malaysia (WMM) in terms of the new drawing creation & coordinate drawing changes. This role is also supporting the effort to enhance design capability in the WMM

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Experience:
Several years of relevant engineering experience.Proven track record in design engineering projects.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.Experience with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD)Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Teamwork:
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.Innovation:
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.Experience with research and development.Compliance and Standards:
