1.Concept/Basic engineering/Detail engineering of Mechanical system for WTP, Desalination, STP, Irrigation project.
2. Preparation of Process Flow Diagram, Piping & Instrument diagram, GA drawings, Bill of Quantity, Presentations, Detail Project reports, 
3, Carry out hydraulic design using watergems of network planning & surge analysis for Rising mains and pumping mains network with Water hammer software. 
4. Preparation of load list, design Basis, Civil Inputs, Electrical Inputs etc.
5. Preparation of Technical Specification of all bought out items such as pumps, valves, pipes, fitlers, blowers, compressors etc
6.Vendor discussion and communication for mechanical equipment and accessories, and new technology updates etc.Preparation of Technical Evaluation/Recommendation sheets for offers received from vendors. 
7. Value engineering- Implementation of new technologies, modification of designs and systems according to value analysis.
8. Ensure the timely and proper interface detailing with other departments. Continuously update the team manager about the trend & innovations

Qualification - 

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experiences:  

•    5+ years of proven experience in Mechanical design for water treatment construction projects
•    Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering mechanical designs
•    Experience in design teams is mandatory
•    Well verse with softwares (watergems/water hammer/sewergems) will be priority
