Work Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible start/end times. Location: Hybrid (office and remote based on business needs) - Minneapolis MN 55432

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Drafter IV to prepare detailed mechanical diagrams and drawings using CREO 7 (or higher). This is a hybrid role requiring 5-8 years of CREO and Windchill experience, with responsibilities including design review, mentoring, problem-solving, and client support.

Key Skills & Requirements:

5-8 years of experience with CREO 7 and Windchill. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or GED required.
