**Job Title: Mechanical/Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Mechanical/Electrical Assemblers to assist with inventory changeovers at a distribution site. The role involves using impact drills, hand tools, and schematics to perform various tasks. **Responsibilities** + Mechanical Assembly Technicians: Use conventional, electrical, and battery-operated tools for drilling, tapping, leveling, cutting, torquing, fixing, bending, and assembling. + Cable Management (Electrical Technicians): Manage cables, install and deinstall cable trays, junction boxes, and conduits, connect and disconnect sensors and connectors, and prepare low voltage (<48V) cabling using conventional and battery-operated tools. + Material Handlers: Use manual pallet jacks and simple tools to remove packaging and appropriately accommodate them according to safety best practices. + Inventory and Inventory Lead: Oversee and manage inventory tasks ensuring accuracy and organization. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical assembly + Experience in electrical assembly + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Ability to read and interpret schematics + Attention to detail + Experience in warehouse, construction, or mechanical environments + Skill in loading/unloading trucks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry, industrial repair, or general labor + Knowledge of quality assurance processes + Forklift operation experience + Data entry skills + Ability to read blueprints **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers good pay for a short-term contract.
