The Teradyne Mechanical Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Mechanical Engineer to focus on the development of mechanical systems for products within the division. Development occurs in a dynamic and challenging multi-site development environment.

Opportunity Overview:
This person will champion product excellence by crafting and executing innovative quality assurance protocols that elevate industry standards and delight customer through:
• Work with Mechanical Design teams in both Denmark and USA on Robotics designs.
• Support continuous development and quality improvements of our robots.
• Ensures design and solutions comply with the industry’s robotics and safety standards .
• Identify solutions and improvement in Mechanical related case from customer support, production, and quality teams.
• Design, Analyze, Evaluate, and Test Mechanical prototypes.
• Participate and recommend improvements during design reviews.
• Supports System Electrical Team on Cable Harness Design Mechanical Task
• Ensures designs are well documented.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer or similar role
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to update 2D drawings.
• Proficient in any Mechanical CAD software, Solidworks is a Plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great multitasking and time-management skills
• Attention to detail.
• Creative and innovative.
• Can work an hour-long meeting per week to collaborate with the offshore team (Denmark).
