We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for innovation. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with less than one year of experience. Fluency in English and French is required.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems and processes. Support the industrialization of new products, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical components and systems. Conduct research and analysis to support project development and implementation.About You:
Proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in mechanical engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in both English and French to engage with diverse teams and clients. Eager to contribute to innovative projects and committed to continuous improvement. Experience or knowledge in the following areas: Maintenance Process Industrialization Continuous Improvement (Amélioration Continue) Design (Conception)

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
