Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems used in production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a factory setting and a strong understanding of mechanical design, process improvement, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop tools, fixtures, jigs, and production equipment to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Evaluate production lines and recommend engineering changes to enhance performance and reduce downtime.

Develop and update mechanical drawings and BOMs for new and existing products.

Collaborate with the production team to implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Troubleshoot mechanical and manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinate with suppliers for the specification and procurement of mechanical components.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and productivity.
