QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-year course Has OSH Accreditation With at least 2 years of experience as Safety Officer Has work experience in an IMS-certified company is an advantage

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts audit using the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) of the project, company safety procedures and other applicable internationally-accepted safety standards on project sites Initiates a quick response in case of a finding by raising a stop-work order and requiring correction of the unsafe act / condition before resumption of work Coordinates the details of the finding with the Project-in-Charge within 24 hours after noting and correcting the finding Provides gap analysis between documented process against actual implementation through issuance of Action Item (AI) Monitors the compliance and the actions taken by the process owner after the issuance of the Non Compliance Report (NCR) Prepares monthly comparative review of the projects audited and identifies improvement highlight Completes the conduct of safety audit within the planned schedule
