Mechanical Engineer (Temp-to-Hire)

Qualifications:
- Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensure: PE preferred but not required.

Experience:
  - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, specifically in plumbing and mechanical systems, is absolutely necessary.
  - At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry is ideal and preferred, though not mandatory if the candidate has direct field construction experience.

- Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical and plumbing construction projects.
- Ensure all construction activities are executed in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
