PRIMARY FUNCTION: 

The Mechanical Engineer reports to, advises, and assists the Mechanical Supervisor – Special Projects Team on matters pertaining to the mechanical and civil engineering aspects of refinery projects being handled by the Special Projects Team (SPT). He/she is responsible for appraising the engineering, design, and construction in line with the project objectives, schedule, and budget.
