We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering expertise in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Revit software, mechanical engineering principles, and best practices. They must have a professional engineering (PE) license with experience in the HVAC, MEP, MEPFP and commissioning processes.
Position Overview: The Mechanical Engineer will develop and analyze mechanical systems, components, and products using sound engineering principles. They will create design drawings and specifications for mechanical systems, coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and provide technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems.Perform engineering calculations, using appropriate software programs, to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.Provide technical support to customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion on time and within budget.Collaborate with other departments to develop detailed design drawings and specifications.Test and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.Research new technologies, products, and materials to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.3+ Years of ExperienceProfessional Engineering (PE) license or higher.Experience with Revit software and other engineering software programs.Familiarity with HVAC, MEP, MEPFP, and Commissioning processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
