Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities Professional knowledge of a broad range of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture; Current design and project management experience with all three areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems; 10 years’ experience (minimum) in building system design Laboratories Mission Critical Centralized distribution systems Healthcare; Knowledge of REVIT; Overseeing load calculations; Developing system applications; Engineering program coordination; Equipment sizing and calculations; Coordination with all trades; Energy modeling; Signing and sealing drawings; Mentorship; Project management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited, four-year university; REVIT skills, building energy modeling experience including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program preferred; Must have a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the US; Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface.
