Job Description • Develops, recommends, and approves CORE network-related facilities and plans focusing on Mechanical Works concerns based on engineering standards, whereas initiates and leads the implementation of the following:
o Room development catering existing Network Elements, Rectifiers, back-up batteries, generators, & cooling system;
o Support facilities development related to electro-mechanical structures such as transformer pads, cooling system civil related scopes, etc.
o Special project services such as development of existing HEO office, perimeter fence, etc. but limited to Ultra A and Class A only;
o Special project services for non-CORE civil works related facilities as long as it falls on Ultra A and Class A sites premises

·       Develops cost estimates and recommends allocation of budget for the necessary support facility / construction projects based on planned CORE network element projects;

·       Supervises regular updates and recommends for approval Cost Engineering Standards

·       Recommends for approval technical evaluations or proposals related to support civil / architectural / structural projects;

·       Evaluates and recommends for approval plans/drawings from engineering consultants and all Conceptual and Construction Plans prior to actual implementation;

·       Conducts quality acceptance inspection of completed sites for turn-over to operations;

·       Processes billings, recommends milestone payment and project close-out.
