Being part of the PPP Team offers a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation in engineering, safety and delivery solutions in one of the most complex industrial sites in the UK if not the world. We are looking for people who are passionate about developing themselves and in meeting new challenges. As a result of increasing demand for our services, there are significant opportunities for you to support a key project within the nuclear business. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team in Birchwood. You will be responsible for; + Managing and directing designers in delivery of mechanical plant and equipment + Working knowledge of plant layout, set up, installation and alignment of plant and equipment and machinery for works test, integrated test and site installation. + Writing and checking works test requirement documentation and Integrated works test documents for Plant, Equipment and machinery. + Experience in providing support to resolution of manufacturing, inspection and test Technical Queries/production permits/concessions + Experience in providing design support to resolution of manufacturing, inspection, assembly and test issues + Checking of design manufacturing drawings and documents + Experience in the use of Auto desk inventor. + Experience in the use of Auto desk vault Basis or Vault Pro (file management). + Working knowledge of BS8888 **Our Culture** Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
