Description - Technical support for product design. - Perform validation activities required for proposed design solutions. - Perform root cause analysis on product-related issues. - Identify the problem and solution, analyze risk of solution, test plan, introduce the solution. - Help with engineering changes for existing product and new product. - Would work with corporate engineers to make a part common for more than one part. - Continuous improvement. - Initiate exchange requests from the plant to corporate, which goes through an approval process.
