Mechanical Engineer
Job Description: Mechanical Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for producing production drawings, work instructions, and control plans. You will design within SolidWorks, focusing on fixture design. You will also maintain new product launches and quoting processes. Additionally, you will provide support to operations by resolving quality issues and examining design aspects.

ResponsibilitiesCreate production drawings, work instructions, and control plans.Design fixtures using SolidWorks.Maintain new product launches and manage quoting processes.Support operations by resolving quality issues and reviewing designs.Essential Skills5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer.5 years of experience working with SolidWorks.Proficient in mechanical engineering, SolidWorks, design, sheet metal, and GD&T.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of experience working with welders, lasers, and brake press operators.Understanding of GD&T symbols.Work Environment

This is a hands-on role working closely with people on the floor. The company has an OEM supplier feel with the benefits of working in a smaller, close-knit environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00
