Belvoir, and work with CACI employees assisting with laboratory and field-testing events with state of the art technology. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. + Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product designs. + Prototype and test mechanical systems to evaluate performance and reliability. + Utilize machine shop skills for developing standard and customized parts as needed. + Provide field support. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. + 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles. + Strong technical background, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. + Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes. + Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies. + Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and schematics. + Skilled with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. + Hands-on machine shop experience with ability to fabricate parts. _Desired:_ + Experience supporting field tests. + Proficient with CAD software - SolidWorks. - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
