ResponsibilitiesDesign HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings.Collaborate with other engineers and designers to ensure project success.Utilize Revit software for mechanical design and documentation.Perform carrier load calculations.Engage in plumbing design and engineering tasks.Essential SkillsTwo or four-year graduate of a technical school or college.4-10 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems.Proficient in Revit software.Mechanical engineering and design expertise.Experience with carrier load calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.Healthcare experience or connections are desirable.Experience in plumbing design and engineering.Work Environment

The role is based in a small office with one electrical engineer. The company is privately held and offers a hybrid work opportunity. Yearly bonuses range from 10-50% of salary, depending on title.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

401K match 50% up to 6%. 8 paid holidays, generous PTO, company stock ownership if at company for 1+ year and 5+ in industry.
