What You'll Do Interact with technical engineers and non-technical operations personnel to integrate new technologies and update existing systems, as well as provide technical troubleshooting support to operations. Develops Mechanical engineering design and modification of industrial process equipment, fluid power systems, lubrication systems, and circulating water systems Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, budget, and schedule. Develop specifications, bid packages, construction schedules, etc. to insure completion of projects on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Coordinate detailed engineering for CAPEX projects Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects and other CAPEX projects from conception to completion What You'll Need Demonstrated experience and/or skills working on multiple projects of varied degrees of complexity at the same time Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills Goal orientated Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices. 5+ years’ experience with project management in the manufacturing sector Experience in steel manufacturing is a plus but not required Your Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
