Find a full job description here: https://www.psfc.mit.edu/jobs Job Requirements REQUIRED: A minimum of five years of professional engineering experience associated with complex scientific or mechanical systems; bachelor’s degree in mechanical (or closely related field) and five years of industry experience; working knowledge of vacuum, cryogenic, high temperature, gas, and similar common mechanical systems found in advanced scientific and engineering equipment; high proficiency in CAD software tools (e.g. SolidWorks) as well as the ability to utilize FEA and CFD analysis tools at the intermediate or higher level; experience in directing teams of engineers and technicians to accomplish complex mechanical tasks, including onsite verbal and documented work instructions; and ability to work and be present onsite at the PSFC full time.
