WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Innovative Process Enhancement: Spearhead continuous process design, improvement, and analysis initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead project management efforts, overseeing the implementation of key initiatives to optimize production workflows and meet project deadlines. Tailored Assembly Solutions: Develop and implement assembly methods tailored to unique products and production schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality. Effective Liaison: Serve as a bridge between design engineering and production teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to optimize product design and manufacturability. Rigorous Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to strict standards and specifications throughout the production process to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Mechanical Engineering Degree required. Proficiency in lean principles and their adaptable application is advantageous in our dynamic setting. Autonomy is pivotal; seeking self-starters who take ownership of projects and work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, are imperative. Strong problem-solving skills, especially in innovative and creative approaches, are highly valued for continuous improvement. Collaboration is key; while autonomy is valued, effective teamwork and communication are equally essential for shared goal achievement.
