ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom machinery using Creo and SolidWorks software.Collaborate with engineering teams to create detailed machine designs.Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design tasks.Ensure mechanical designs meet project specifications and requirements.Essential SkillsMechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.2-5 years of experience in machine design specifically.Proficiency in Creo, with experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Strong mechanical design skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mechanical design.Familiarity with design software such as Creo and SolidWorks.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Eligible to participate in annual incentive Plan. This amount is based on company performance and your individual contributions to the company
Upon completion of 30 days of employment, you will be eligible for employee benefits program that provides health coverage and other benefits, as detailed in the employee handbook or benefits guide and summary.
You will begin accruing three (3) weeks of vacation during your first year of employment. Future vacation accrual will follow company policy. In addition, there will be 56 hours of sick time per year. This time does not roll over if unused. Sick time will be prorated if hired after January.
401K plan has an automatic enrollment feature for new employees. Pre-tax contributions will be made on your behalf at a 4% deferral rate unless you elect otherwise before the deadline to decline. Employer will contribute 50 cents on the dollar (2%) up to a 4% deferral contribution.
