CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity at our oil refinery facility in McPherson, Kansas. As a Mechanical Engineer Associate in the Engineering Development Program, you will work within a variety of Engineering groups to develop, implement, and manage mechanical integrity programs as well as provide technical support for projects, maintenance, turnarounds, and special assignments to ensure the safety, reliability, and integrity of refinery equipment. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are necessary. The 24-month Engineering Development Program provides an opportunity for you to grow professionally. You will gain knowledge and experience through on-the-job training in three 8-month rotations that can include Project Engineering, Reliability/Rotating Engineering, Reliability/Fixed Equipment Engineering, or Maintenance.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
