Come soar with us._ This is a seven-month co-op beginning June 2025 - December 2025 and the work will be completed at the Aguadilla site in Puerto Rico. It is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past May 2026. Candidate must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. **What You Will Do** + Evaluate engineering changes and provide input + Prepare analysis memos + Administrate the weight database + Maintenance model support (verify and update drawings) + Prepare detailed weekly reports **Qualifications You Must Have** + Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. + Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish(verbal and written). + **U.S. citizenship is required** , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract **Qualifications We Prefer** + Engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering, preferred + Knowledge of first principles (Free Body Diagrams and failure mechanisms). + Completed courses in material sciences, mechanics of materials, material failure analysis or manufacturing process. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software such as MS Word, MS Excel/Macro, MS PPT, etc. + Knowledge working Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Tolerance Stack up Calculation, Weight Analysis, etc. + Experience with some of these software and programing languages: + ANSYS (APDL or Workbench), ABAQUS, PATRAN / NASTRAN, MATLAB, VBA, NX CAD/CAM or Catia CAD/CAM. + Displays education experience with computer software languages such as C, C+, C++, Phyton, Fortran, etc. * Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role. + **Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
