QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Wlling to be assigned in the Head Office (Bangkal, Makati City)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimates (Rehash) and orders DMCI supplied materials, ensures timely delivery and monitors inventory of OSM and subcontractor materials Review plans/drawings and ensures correct implementation Manages / Coordinates with Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor Participates on toolbox meeting and ensures safe work practices are implemented Monitors productivity of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor Secures approval of shop drawings prior to implementation Checking of As-Built plans and ensuring accuracy of submitted As-Built Reconciles change order and closing of account with the Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor Billing evaluation of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
