Mechanical Engineer
An entry level position for an innovative Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in designing and developing mechanical components for industrial applications. The role includes but is not limited to supporting the development of new electro-mechanical products and increasing the efficiency, costs, and durability of existing products. The position requires a skilled individual in quality control, and cross-functional communication. The position is in the design group that collaborates with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and performance.

We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.
Our Facility in Carson, CA is our Engineered Products Group location, which houses our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, Radiofrequency Departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
+ Motivated self-starter with ability to work in fast-passed environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated solid modeling skills; SolidWorks preferred.
+ Ability to interpret customer specification and apply to design requirements.
+ Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to contribute to design meetings with a focus on clear and constructive actions.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of sheet metal and machine parts design is preferred.
+ Knowledge of software for stress, thermal analysis is preferred.
+ Knowledge of GD&T to account for form, fit, function, and tolerancing stack-up is preferred.
+ Knowledge of engineering documents such as drawings, test procedures, engineering change orders.
Required Experience and Education
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
+ Minimum appropriate experience (1-3 years) in relevant markets.
+ Electro-Mechanical design experience a plus.
+ Must be US Person or Permanent Resident.
Base Compensation: USD 80,000.00 - 90,000.00 Paid Salaried
