Mechanical Engineer An entry level position for an innovative Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in designing and developing mechanical components for industrial applications. The role includes but is not limited to supporting the development of new electro-mechanical products and increasing the efficiency, costs, and durability of existing products. The position requires a skilled individual in quality control, and cross-functional communication. The position is in the design group that collaborates with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and performance. Who are we? Required Skills and Qualifications + Motivated self-starter with ability to work in fast-passed environment. + Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Demonstrated solid modeling skills; SolidWorks preferred. + Ability to interpret customer specification and apply to design requirements. + Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills. + Ability to contribute to design meetings with a focus on clear and constructive actions. + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Knowledge of sheet metal and machine parts design is preferred. + Knowledge of software for stress, thermal analysis is preferred. + Knowledge of GD&T to account for form, fit, function, and tolerancing stack-up is preferred. + Knowledge of engineering documents such as drawings, test procedures, engineering change orders. Required Experience and Education + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. + Minimum appropriate experience (1-3 years) in relevant markets. + Electro-Mechanical design experience a plus. + Must be US Person or Permanent Resident.
