\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Develop detailed solid models and drawings (considering DFA, DFM, DFS etc.) by using Creo 3 for dispenser platform.
\n· Select and specify materials to satisfy design intent while minimizing costs.
\n· Apply theoretical knowledge of design and mechanical engineering principles to solutions
\n· Apply GD&T and Tolerance stack ups for designs and use FMEA’s
\n· Performs Engineering. Change management activities using windchill and SAP
\n· Validate product performance and safety factors using finite element analysis (FEA) for structural analysis.
\n· Coordinating with Mfg/ Op’s team for new product introduction and production line support.
\n· Perform engineering and CFT builds to validate designs.
