Job DescriptionLocation: Tifton, GA (100% Onsite)
As the Mechanical Engineer II, you will designs fabricate, modify and evaluate complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems.
Write test procedures, compile and evaluate design and test data and prepare technical specificationsRecommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.Coordinate with technical support personnel to conduct prototypes or experimental runs for products or processes.Work with Manufacturing team and Production team on solving the production issues.Review the design and Prototype with cross functional teams.Flexible and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 1 year of related experience.Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Hands on Experience working in the factory.Experience with analytical and CAD software is a plus.Experience with SAP and PLM is a plus.Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems and/or equipment is a plus.
The compensation range is approximately $74,000 to $97,650, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
