Ihre Aufgaben

Konstruktion neuer Komponenten im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung neuer Lasersysteme.Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme, Validierung und Optimierung aller neu entwickelten Komponenten sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.Erstellung von Teile-/Komponentenkonstruktionskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung von MontagemethodenAufbau und Test von Prototypen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung des Seriendesigns in die ProduktionUnterstützung bei der Einführung in unsere Produktion und Serie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Arbeitsgruppen und globalen Standorten.Definition von Montage- und Ersatzteil-BaugruppenErstellung und Pflege von StücklistenErstellung von Fertigungsdaten

Ihre Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium; Techniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.Erfahrungen mit Solid Works von Vorteil.Erfahrung in Material, Bearbeitung, Fertigung und MontagemethodenErfahrung im Design und Aufbau von komplexen, technischen Systemen.Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.Teamplayer & Hands-on-MentalitätGute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing new laser marking systems and will be located in Lübeck.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Construction of new components as part of the product development of new laser systems.Construction, commissioning, validation and optimization of all newly developed components as well as documentation of the results.Creation of part/component design concepts taking into account assembly methodsBuilding and testing prototypes and supporting the introduction of the series design into production Support in the introduction to our production and series in close cooperation with other working groups and global locations.Definition of assembly and spare part assembliesCreation and maintenance of parts listsCreation of manufacturing data

The essential requirements of the job include:

Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Technician or comparable training.Several years of professional experience desirable.Experience with Solid Works is an advantageExperience in materials, machining, manufacturing and assembly methodsExperience in the design and construction of complex technical systems.Analytical and structured way of working. Team player & hands-on mentality Good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2)
