Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Project Management role is in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities.Requires the ability to oversee the HVAC design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients.Proven design experience with comfort and HVAC systems and related controlsProven design experience with plumbing systems including water, sewer, and gasExperience producing engineering and energy studies including comcheck, Title 24Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking abilityWrite responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunitiesAbility to work individually or in a multi-discipline teamMentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projectsManage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Five or more years of related experience Ideal candidates will have strong project management, written and communication skills, as well as the ability and passion to provide superior client service to a broad range of clients including higher education, industrial, municipalities, aviation, as well as mechanical/electrical contractorsAbility to work individually or in a multi-discipline teamExperience mentoring and coordinating the work of EITs, designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projectsAble to manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidanceExperience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
